This volume of Henry Ogden's work covers the army from 1902 to 1907. As he was commissioned to create the study by the U.S. Quartermaster, he was given extraordinary access to examine the US Army uniforms in detail. This volume is therefore not only extremely detailed but uncommonly accurate for its time.. His earlier work lacked such attention to detail.
