S Krickel was a German illustrator of military subjects in the mid nineteenth century. He provided the illustrations for many regimental histories in the eighteen eighties and nineties. He was a contemporary of Richard Knötel. Much of his work is hard to find. Here are six illustrations done for the Regimental History of the Garde Jäger Regiment.
